Savings issue with ICloud Notes on Windows

Hi!

I use ICloud notes throughout the day for journaling and i also keep my to do list. I have come across an issue and its that it doesn't save anymore when i make changes on the browser. It keeps saying "saving" and it doesn't do anything. I have tried resetting my pc, using a different browser, disabled antivirus. None of it worked. Please help! I love using notes on Icloud from my computer
