Previews scare my children

When I turn on my smart tv and Apple TV the previews start (specifically Anatomy of a Fall) looks like a great show for adults but I don’t want my kids to see fictionalised death scenes when they are under 5. Can I add a kids profile? I managed to stop the previews auto playing inappropriate content by going through settings> accessibility> motion> turn off auto play. But the still death scene is still not good for kids; the blood in the snow and they think it’s Harry Potter- there isn’t any blood in that scene.
