Notify when left behind uses wrong iPad name

I bought an ipad 10 to compliment my old iPad Mini 4. I still have both devices on my account.

When setting the iPad 10 up I restored the iPad mini 4 iCloud backup which named my ipad 10 as “Peter's iPad mini 4” as per the backup name (annoyingly it always does that and if you don’t notice it gets confusing)

So I renamed it “Peter's iPad 10” in Settings, General, About.

In Find my it correctly says "Peters ipad 10".  It backs up as “Peter’s iPad 10”. It is listed in my Settings as Peter’s iPad 10.

However when leaving it at a strange place one day whilst on vacation  it said on my Apple Watch "Peter's ipad mini 4 has been left behind". It is using the restored name despite it being updated. The actual mini 4 is at home, powered off, in a trusted location.

I tried turning off the Left Behind setting on both iPads in Find My app and turning them back on again.

I don’t know what else to do to correct the notification.
