Authentication issues

I have iPhone, MacBook Pro and studio. Can loin fine on phone and MacBook to Apple. I didn’t use studio for couple of months, now booted, updated but complains about signing in: Edit Account Information


For security, your new device can't be used to edit your account information yet. This wait time helps protect your account.


To reset your password now, use your other Apple devices.


bit no opportunity comes up on my other devices. Has been two days so not a “delay”. Why would I need to reset ( change)? My password???
