We do not have Apple health file sharing here, can the health data from a apple watch in my i-phone be copied to a PC as an image my health care provider can read?
I would like to buy a Apple smart watch but if it's health data in inaccessible, it will be useless to me.

which will be sent to the iphone it's connected to, from where you can import it to a computer

rather than taking screenshots of the watch display you may wish to do it from the phones health app as the same data would be synced to that.
Can data from watch be transfered to a PC as a image.
