I cannot log into my Apple account with a password and a login name

I can’t log into my Apple ID the music, my password and my correct login, but I can’t verify cause I got a new number because got a new number. I can’t get all my information and and there’s no way to receive help instead they’re asking me to cancel all my cards. I have to cancel numerous bank accounts because I can’t find a 28 digit code. I think the security isn’t too intense if Apple can’t even get into my account to cancel subscriptions that I’m using on a different account instead they’ll just charge me twice and say sorry can’t help you out on that one because of some 28 digit code. How do they close an account if somebody dies. I’m not even dead and I can’t close my account. That’s crazy.
