iOS 14 Universal Links Not Found with Apple CDN

I am using the test link https://app-site-association.cdn-apple.com/a/v1/test-yx.xkw.com and can get the correct JSON, but when using the production environment link https://app-site-association.cdn-apple.com/a/v1/myx.xkw.com, it prompts "Not Found". I am also sure that https://myx.xkw.com/.well-known/apple-app-site-association can be accessed on the public network. How can I solve this problem?

When I added the debug mode query parameter, all the universal links could open the App. Below is the sysdiagnose log.

After I removed the debug mode query parameter, only the domain test-yx.xkw.com could open the App, while other domains encountered the error "SWCERR00101 Bad HTTP Response: 405 Method Not Allowed".

On another device, I found that the domain myx.xkw.com could open the App without adding the debug mode parameter. However, after uninstalling and reinstalling the App, the universal link of the myx.xkw.com domain could no longer open the App.
