Optimized Charging Not Engaging Even After Three Weeks

Hi,

The optimized charging feature isn't kicking in even though it's been three weeks. I've been charging with original 5W Apple charger every night from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am. I've made sure to follow all the steps

mentioned in the Apple support page (About Optimized Battery Charging on your iPhone - Apple Support (LK)). Could it be that the 5W charger is causing the issue with the feature not engaging?

And, I'm wondering if performing a factory reset on the iPhone or toggling the optimized charging feature off and on again, or even clearing significant location data, would reset the learning pattern. Should I consider starting from day one again and wait for another 14 days to see if the feature kicks in?
