Can I move my 02 (no contract) SIM from an iPhone 7+ to a 2022 iPhone SE IOS 15?
If yes, how do I set about it, do I have to tell 02, or would it get notification of the phone change automatically?

If your iPhone SE 2022 is unlocked (no SIM restrictions), you can just pop in your new SIM card and you're good to go. No need to contact your carrier.
To be able to use any SIM across the globe you must have "No SIM Restriction" against Network Provider Lock. Please refer to the pic below.
