M1 Max became Blurry and Dark screen

1. Blurred and Blackened M1 Display

I purchased an M1 MacBook in March 2022, and now the display of my MacBook M1 Max has become so blurry and dark that nothing is visible. What could be the cause? Nothing unusual occurred. Yesterday morning, after looking at some images in bed and closing it, I opened it again in the evening to find the screen completely black. I did not cause any issues, but the MacBook malfunctioned on its own.

4. Apple Needs to Take Action to Resolve the Issue

It is unfair that I should pay an additional $800 for a MacBook that malfunctioned through no fault of my own. There is no visible effort from Apple to consider the feedback from many who have encountered this problem. The repair centers only say it is an unreported issue.

Apple has a duty to research and inform people about the precise cause and solutions to this problem where the screen becomes unusable due to blurriness and darkness. To maintain its reputation as a laptop for professionals and support all creators striving to enhance their expertise by purchasing MacBooks in the future, Apple must not ignore this issue but address it proactively. Consumers, who have done nothing to cause this, deserve consideration rather than just being charged $800.
