How do I change the formatting of the numbers in WhatsApp?

How can change numpers formats because each are in a different format and I can’t use WhatsApp now because of that

Edit own format in Number not possible Like written in the subject, it ist not possible for me to edit my own formats or even create new ones in Numbers. The edit button is grayed out. What can I do to activate it again. The file is saved in iCloud. Thx
