Firstly, I'd recommend contacting your current network provider and explaining your situation. They may be able to assist you with unlocking your iPhone or providing guidance on how to proceed.

If your network provider is unable to help, you can also consider reaching out to Official Apple Support for further assistance. They can provide guidance on unlocking your iPhone or troubleshooting any activation issues you may be experiencing.

Additionally, if you're in Saudi Arabia, you may also visit an Apple Store or authorized service provider in your area for in-person assistance. They can assess your device and provide guidance on how to activate it with a local SIM card.

It's important to ensure that your iPhone is unlocked and compatible with the network in Saudi Arabia to avoid any further issues with activation or network compatibility. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to ask.

No, only the carrier to which the phone is locked can unlock it.

Apple cannot unlock a network-locked phone.

Again, Apple can't unlock a network-locked phone, even in the store.
