My money was stolen from my card from APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IRL

The bank doesn’t understand what you’re telling them.

Apple can’t disclose information about one sale to another person. That would be like me asking Apple for all your past transactions. Apple will co-operate with law enforcement in their investigations of a crime. But they can’t hand out random information because a crime is alleged.

The bank needs to investigate the transaction as they would any other fraudulent transaction. The fact that it says Apple is irrelevant. If it said Nike, would they ask you to go to Nike and get information on someone else’s transaction? No, Nike or any other merchant won’t disclose that information.

You can show the bank a record of all your past transactions with your account by sharing the screen from https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

I informed the bank employee that I didn’t buy anything from this website at all.

If the charges aren't there, they may be fraudulent.
