Device banned on snapchat
My Snapchat account got locked permanently and it they have also banned my phone so I can’t create nor sign in an account. What should I do to get my device unbanned

Only Snapchat can remove the ban.
You have to contact them (if you can) and convince them to remove the ban (if you can). Otherwise your account and your device will remain banned.
