My email account says offline and i can not seem to fix it

I have recently noticed i am not receiving emails on my me.com account. I can not anything on my mac pro, mac, iPad or iPhone. Even trying to access them via iCloud.com is unsuccessful saying unable to open iCloud mail. looking at the mail account settings on my mac pro it say that the account is offline and nothing i have tried has fixed this. iCloud mail on my phone has, what seems to be, an error code of auth_error_invalid_usr_token.


Any advice welcome

I think the best approach is to contact Apple directly. There have been other users who have experience the same thing and have had the issue resolved. Unfortunately there was not anything specific that was mentioned to fix the issue and it took them multiple calls and sending screenshots to Senior Advisors, but eventually they did get it fixed. Maybe by now, with it happening to more users, they can provide a fix much sooner. Please update after it does get resolved to see if they have provided more insight into the solution.
