i have deleted my id, but it keeps asking for a password that will not be completely deleted. How can i make it completely disappear or restore it? Help

If your Apple ID is completely deleted there is no possibility to restore it. If the deletion request has been completed and the ipad is still asking for your old credentials please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on the issue
