How can I get an Android user out of a text message group? If this can't be done, is the best option to "Delete and Block this Conversation" and start a new group?

There are 7 people associated with the text message. I need to remove the Android user at their request.

You can only add to the group but not removed, so yes you'll need to create a new one and then block and delete convo.
