Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning only plays in 240p on multiple devices

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning only plays in 240p on multiple devices. I have tried it on two Apple TVs and an iPhone 15 Plus. I have also asked others who own the title and they are experiencing the same problem.

Curiously, the same title plays normally, in 1080p, on my Mac mini. The difference appears to be where HDR is and is not available. Even more curiously, the problem seems to have been going on since the movie was renamed by Paramount to remove the 'Part One' from the title.

All of the usual steps have been tried (rebooting everything etc) without success. This problem has been going on for over a week.
