Itunes updating iPad pro
Plugged in my iPad pro and using iTunes to back it up. iTunes says iPad needs an update but the iPad is already has the latest version installed. iTunes then proceeds to try to update but gets locked up.

The update is not for the iPad, its a firmware update for iTunes on the computer to connect to the iPad.
You must allow it to download and install on your computer.
If its getting hung up, or appears like its not doing anything, then try disabling any VPNs and anti-virus software that may be running on Windows and try again.
