Grab app suddenly lost the ability to connect to cellular data

Grab app suddenly lost the ability to connect to cellular data, all other apps used are functioning normally. Data is turned on for both Grab app and general cell signal.

I have uninstalled grab and reinstalled it to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
