Facebook messenger

I don’t want artificial intelligence. I know this page is for apple, but Facebook is forcing people to use artificial intelligence on messenger and I can’t get rid of it. I’m told at some point, I can go through Safari to turn it off, but I don’t know when that will be. I can download APK through Facebook to get an older version of Messenger but I have to give my email to whoever Facebook is going through and I don’t want to give up my information if I don’t have to. I also don’t know when I give them my email if that means that every time I want to access the older version of Messenger that I have to go through their site. Does anybody have any ideas, someone that maybe has been through this? Thank you so much..
