Trying to open a screenshot message sent to me it kinda looks like a pdf file with a down load button but can’t get it open

I'm not sure I'm following you. A screenshot is a photo which captured what was on the screen at the time the screenshot was taken. Screenshots are photos in reality and you can't open a link from a photograph.
