Earphone sound with type C to 3.5mm adapter

Hlo everyone im using 15+ and for gaming nd music im using hyperX cloud earbuds with apples official splitter ( purchased with phone from aurthorize store) after using this for few days I noticed that the sound isn’t much louder its pretty decent loud not like what I expected! Also compared to my previous phone its sound low. And also the streo separation ( left right ) for games like Cod , pubg mobile etc isn’t much great! Its decent to average! Sometimes i just didn’t get from which side i got fire ( for me its very annoying and bad) Somehow my old device was producing better sound with a cheap splitter! 🫠 can anyone help me is their any solution for this ? I would be thankful ❤️
