any apps to keep screen from auto turning off (managed iphone so no "never" auto lock)?

I would like to be able to keep my work iphone's (iphone 13, iOS 17.4.1) screen from turning off automatically after 5 minutes. There is no "never" option on the display auto lock setting because it's a managed device (by my work) so I'm looking for an app that will do something periodically to keep the screen from turning off.

I tried a couple apps but they mostly vibrate so that if you put a mouse on top of your phone it will move it a little periodically but it doesn't actually help the phone itself keep its display on.

Is there any way to do this?

No one can help you bypass mobile device management imposed by your employer. There are no apps which will provide what you're looking for. You'll have to ask your IT folks if they would be willing to relax this for you.
