IPhone 15 Instagram Reels no audio after call

Recently, I noticed something strange happening on my iPhone 15. While scrolling through Instagram Reels with sound, I received a call. After ending the call, the Reel continued playing but without audio. Despite not muting the Reel, I couldn't get the sound back. I had to scrolled down and scroll up to get the sound back. When I tested it again by calling my phone, the same issue occurred— the Reel muted itself, and once, it even played too quickly like in 5x speed. How can I resolve this issue? Please help. I started getting these issues after updating to 17.4.1
