Smart Punctuation leads to hidden problem with password input

Given:

1) Smart Punctuation turn on by default in iOS and I as ordinar user didn't even know what it is.

2) I have good long and complicated password for my work email account which includes special character -quotes (")

Result:

I'm trying to login in work email account dozens of times and see responce "not correct login or password"

Due to moment, that password is hidden during input - it was very hard to investigate what is root case of that problem. I spent so much time on it.

Interesting moment need to be mentioned - when I lost faith in my attentiveness - I sent password to myself and inserted it as a copied string - and it didn't work anyway.

Might be my case - is a rare "corner case". Not sure about that. But it was very painfull and time-wasting.
