When my iPhone 12 battery gets to 74% it then goes to 0% in an instant and shuts down even in low battery mode! I even have all of my screen adjustments set to lowest brightness and dark mode on for at night! What can be done to fix this issue?!

Sounds like you need a new Battery! The iPhone 12 is 3 years old and Apple Batteries typically last for 2 years with normal use. You can check your battery's health in settings, scroll down to Battery. If the figure is less than 80%, you need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for Battery Replacement...Check these links...
