Can't download album digital booklet on itunes

Have purchased entire album on itunes but noted that whilst i can download the songs, I can't download album the digital booklet. Error 50 or 8364 comes up, asking me to check I have an active connection. However, don't think connection is an issue as internet can be accessed, not to mention, the music have no issue downloading. have tried turning off firewall. latest updates for my itunes, windows 10 etc.....
