What is eating my storage on MacOS Monterey (iMac 2020)

I run disk inventory X utility that had shown me up to 70GB used on my MacOS disk.

However in reality disk had 11GB free and 239GB was used.

We don't use this computer much and as such it doesn't have any files stored on it.

Can anyone explain where did all storage go ?

(There is 40GB of RAM and I would expect it might use 40GB of storage for swap).

Thanks to Bob Harris file sizes, Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal:...

sudo du -hx | sort -h

sudo will prompt for admin password but not reflect what you type, so hit enter after carefully tying the PW. :)
