Hi, I was recorded a 50 minutes length video by using Photo Booth on Mac. However, I cannot open it whether by using QuickTime or iMove. I can open any shorter length video. Is there any method I could open the MOV. File without record it again?

Looks corrupt.
I see no run time on that video from your screen shot
Try restarting the computer to see if that makes any difference.
Try VLC to see if it can play the file.
