AU unit unstable warning in Logic Pro X

Thoughts i'd ironed out previous issues on Logic Pro X 10.8.1 on Mac Studio M2 running Ventura 13.6.3. My project consistently failing to launch from startup. Have to open different project then open recent to have chance firing it up. It then displays warning about "AU Unit unstable - recover ..." Thing is - I only have AU units that are 64 bit and apple silicon native - this was the only way I could get around original issues. All plugins checked by Pluginfo - all successfully validated in plugin manager - all VST & AAX components deleted from library. How can I find which unit is causing the problem without having to go through every plugin individually? Really poor the lack of helpful diagnostics - I couldn't have taken more care selecting scanning and uploading plugins - looking for a short cut to find the unstable units
