I was doing some university homework when out of nowhere the operating system freezes and I did a forced restart and now I try to enter recovery mode and in the disk utility section I don't see any boot disk (only the recovery disk that weighs approximately 2.01 gb) I tried everything but nothing works for me. I use MacOS Catalina on a MacBook Air mid 2012.

The internal drive is dead or not properly connected inside the case. This requires a hardware repair or replacing the computer.

I went for my lunch and I left my macbook turned off and when I turned it on it lets me start but it gets stuck on the apple logo, I went to recovery mode and it recognizes me but (translated into English): an error occurred during the First Aid process. If possible, make a backup of the data in this volume. Click OK to continue.
I dont wanna lose my documents (they never was uploaded to iCloud Drive) and much less buy another MacBook until the end of the career, should there be another way to solve it?
No. If the drive has failed, only a professional service can recover the data from it.

Use the Image or Restore function in the Disk Utility to copy everything you can to an external drive.
