I have a MacBook Pro from 2017 and am running macOS High Sierra (version 10.13.6). I would like to update to the most recent version, but when I go to the App Store, I don't get an option for updating my OS. Please help.
Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a newer OS. That model's maximum one is Ventura.
Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split the functions of iTunes up; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
