Keynote: can you zoom in on slide play

I've tried Keynote for quick slide presentations. It works ok, but unlike in Preview, when a slide is played full screen I can't zoom in/enlarge it to see a detail. Is there any way I can do that in Keynote without exiting slide play? Thank you!
