Can’t access my WSJ subscription from WSJ app

When attempting to read an article in the WSJ app, an error message appears saying I need to be a subscriber to read the content. When attempting to reset my WSJ account, I get the correct message that I have a subscription, and my subscription will auto renew next month. Then I am returned to the original error message, I stating I need a subscription to read the content.

Sounds like an issue with the app itself. I'd contact the WSJ for help.
