How do I contact Apple about unauthorized charges?

How do I get in contact with a real person for questions about billing. My credit card shows bills from apple.com that I do not know about. The phone number on the bank charge links to a phone with a recording with an interactive link to current charges. The suspect charges do not appear on that link. However, there is no option to talk to a real person. It only sends me to this page.

Please see first if you can identify the charge

  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
  4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

  1. Search your email for the words "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple".
  2. Look for a receipt that matches the amount that you see on your billing statement.
  3. On the receipt, see what was purchased and which Apple ID was used.
  4. Check if the Apple ID in the email is different than what you used to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. If it's different, use this Apple ID to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com and review your purchase history.
