If I do not type in the exact website address. (www….) website will not open on my iPhone 13pro. It says “Safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found. “
I have tried all suggestions posted and it is still happening while on my home WiFi. Please help. It drives me crazy.

Without knowing “all suggestions posted” I’m not willing to just post suggestions, only to be told “I tried that”.
The one suggestion that you probably haven’t tried: Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
Type in the correct address.
Safari isn't psychic. It doesn't know what you meant, it just knows what you told it.
