Macbook applications won't remove a different appleid

So what happened was a while back I logged in my appleid to the appstore on my wife's macbook pro 2022 model in order to try a few applications. Afterwards I logged out and that was the end of it. My wife logged back in with her own account. But after a year or so when my wife opened her apple tv she was prompted to log into my account and discovered that her apple tv, podcasts and music were all connected to my account. In her media and subscriptions section she found my and her accounts. Apparently my account had podcasts, music and apple tv associated with the media and subscriptions section and would demand her to log in my account every time she boots or occasionally doing something else. We tried removing her macbook from the devices on my account but it has no effect. The macbook keeps prompting her to sign into my account no matter what.
