Apple Notes crashes and overheats my phone

I have an iphone11 and it never happens with any other app 3rd perty or not. I use Notes app for obviously my notes, unfortunately 3 minutes of using it gets my phone extremely warm to the point of beeing too hot to touch, the app slows down a lot lagging and taking my inputs with a lag of 10 seconds or so. I have storage, Im on the latest IOS version, its backed up on Icloud and I have the storage there too. It happens with all the notes, new or old.
