shared photo albums disappeared?

Hi I am trying to share photo albums with family and had two problems. I have an iPhone max 12

1) I created four shared albums yesterday and today three of them are no longer appearing in my app. I checked under deleted and hid but did not see them. Where else can I check? Note these are my albums, not ones others are sharing with me

2) I shared with family but no one has received the invites or can see in their photos app. I’m inviting with their phone numbers. Their numbers should be linked to their Apple accounts since they also have iPhones
