Delete app option not showing and also not showing in general clear app data

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW

NOTE: There are some built-in iOS apps that cannot be deleted. For example, Safari app cannot be deleted.
