Apple security problem

I have case id: 1022******3 which is very serious matter that apple shared my credit card details with scammer and 3 transactions deducted from my credit card - bank said the token number shows apple agreed the transaction to go otherwise per each transaction I will get OTP through my bank. I have raised this matter and full access to my phone many time with apple team still now , no result

I am following up today with case id 1022*****8 and operator said she need to connect me with her supervisor supervisor was too rude and not respectful at all and she gave me wrong answer - I keep asked her I need reply not explanation and she said I can’t talk to you like this and she cut the phone on my face

who is now responsible to get back to me ???????
