If you're experiencing issues with WhatsApp video calls on your iPhone 11 where you can't see the other person but they can see you, there are several steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

  1. Restart WhatsApp: Sometimes, a simple restart of the app can resolve temporary glitches. Close WhatsApp completely from the multitasking view and then reopen it.
  2. Restart Your iPhone: Reboot your iPhone by powering it off and then turning it back on. This can often fix various software issues.
  3. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection, preferably a Wi-Fi connection or a strong cellular data connection.
  4. Update WhatsApp: Make sure you have the latest version of WhatsApp installed from the App Store. Developers frequently release updates to fix bugs and improve performance.
  5. Check Camera and Microphone Permissions: Go to your iPhone's Settings > Privacy > Camera (and Microphone) and make sure WhatsApp has permission to use them.
  6. Check WhatsApp Settings: Open WhatsApp, go to Settings > Account > Privacy, and ensure that Camera and Microphone permissions are enabled.
  7. Reinstall WhatsApp: If none of the above steps work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp. Before doing this, make sure to back up your chat history.
  8. Contact WhatsApp Support: If the problem persists after trying all the above steps, reach out to WhatsApp Support for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or investigate if there's a wider issue.
