Unable to turn off the stolen device protection in iPhone

I am not able to turn off the stolen device protection or do any other sensitive change on my iPhone. The security delay just starts again after waiting an hour.

Is your device managed by a company? Then it could be that your system admin prohibits you from turning off stolen device protection
