Interested in am Apple Watch
I use an iPhone 8+ I’m looking at and want the Apple Watch 9 GPS. I can’t find if they will work

watchOS 10 which is the latest require a phone with ios 17
and every apple watch 9 ever made have been with watchos10
so if you don't get a new iPhone the only watch you will be able to use are older second hand applewatch8 or older which are still running watchOS9 or older
