I don’t have any accessibility shortcuts activated. As a matter of fact I have those turned off completely. At random times it keeps reactivating and I have to go into settings and toggle it off again. I’m going crazy with this. How do I keep color filters from self reactivating once and for all?
I hope someone can help me with this

I'm experiencing the same thing over the past few weeks. No accessibility shortcuts and color filters just randomly comes on at least once every day.
I event checked the triple click on the side button feature and that doesn't fix the problem.

Just yesterday I opened up my shortcuts app and saw that there was an automation activated something to do with activating calculator to automatically turn on color filters. I deleted this automation in the shortcuts app and so far so good. So open up your shortcuts app and see if there’s any automation activated and delete it and let me know what happened. So far after I deleted my automation no color filters so far. Please reply and let me know if this fixes it for you also
