form filling problems in foreign country

Dear community,

I'm in Mexico presently, machine is MacBook Pro 15 inch 2018, iOS (14.4.1 (23E224)) is English, keyboard German, has been used in Germany mostly. Never a problem there. Now in Mexico, on numerous occasions sending forms (address fields etc.) and similar things fail, from online shopping to registrations with government web sites. Often what happens is that upon sending, the form is emptied out and the site demands it be filled. No one else around here seems to have those problems, and I never had them back in Europe. My first suspicion is that it may have to do with some setting or so that is regional to Germany or the EU, but I have no idea what, or what else might cause this. Anyone?

Thanks!

Thanks leroydouglas. I'm actually not talking about pdf forms but about those on web sites, accessible through web browsers. Like address fields to be filled out in online shopping. I should have mentioned that here in Mexico, I'm constantly being asked to delete all cookies, reset my browser, try another browser and such. None of which ever helps.
