Unable to view the UPS tracking for a Mac I ordered

1. Scroll to the upper right of this screen, you will see a little square with a handle, click that!
2. Click "Orders"
3. Enter you order number and the e-mail address you used with your order.
4. Click the box that shows the Mac you ordered.
5. Click "Track Shipment" and your shipment information will have been created.

Note is possible you are simply being too impatient and your oder does not have a shipping number yet.

Give Apple Support a call at 1-800-MY-APPLE (800-692-7753) and ask them to check on your order.

Sometimes the shipper automatically pulls a tracking number, which they send you, but the carrier does not make it go "live" until they actually scan it the first time.

Sometimes it takes some time to get into the system.

Are you sure it was UPS and not Fed Ex?
