Battery capacity dropped to 58% in 1.5 years
I purchased iPhone 13 in October 2022 from Flipkart Big Billion Days and after 1.5 years it's battery capacity dropped to 58% directly

If you are saying that the battery health if 58%, then you definitely need a new battery.
