The last update for the iPhone 6 was IOS 12.5.7. No more updates are available.

If you want to run iOS 15, you will need an iPhone 7

If you want to run iOS 16, you will need an iPhone 8

If you want to run iOS 17, you will need an iPhone XR or higher model

An iPhone 6 can't be updated beyond 12.5.7, it doesn't have the hardware required to run anything higher.

If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.

Hello, I see you have an iPhone 6, Im sorry but since June of 2019 apple stoped giving software support to iPhone 6. If you want the latest IOS, but not too expensive, I would advise you to get base model of iPhone 13 since it costs $600 US, and it will have software support till 2028.
